Art is an important carrier of cultural heritage and dissemination, one of its core elements of the color carries the natural environment characteristics of different regions, historical context and national feelings. However, in the frequent Cross-cultural communication, the traditional regional color system is being diluted and reconstructed. Therefore, this paper discusses the transfer and integration of different regional colors in art creation. By analyzing the dynamics of artistic communication and the works of representative painters, it aims to prevent the homogenization of regional colors, it provides an innovative aesthetic path for art creation, and strengthens the cross-border communication efficien cy of cultural soft power.
