Abstract

Color aesthetic preference is one of the core issues in neuroaesthetic research, and its formation is closely related to the interaction of brain visual processing, emotional processing and cognitive decision-making system. Based on the theoretical framework of neuroaesthetics, this paper systematically combs the neural mechanism of color preference, the neural basis of individual differences and the activation mode of brain regions in cross-cultural cognition. Combined with the latest research results of functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI), electroencephalogram (EEG) and other technologies, this paper reveals the universality and specificity of color aesthetics at the neural level, and provides neuroscientific basis for art design, consumer psychology and clinical treatment.
