This study focuses on the indigo color of batik, exploring its cultural significance and color characteristics, and analyzing its alignment with sustainable casual wear design. Through methods such as color reinterpretation and craft innovation, the research demonstrates that integrating traditional batik with modern design can enhance both the cultural value and sustainability of casual wear. It provides theoretical and practical insights for the living heritage of batik and the development of sustainable fashion.
