AI-driven Research on Color Semantics and Pattern Grammar Decoding of Miao Batik and Its Regenerative Design in Guochao Fashion

Abstract

As a precious intangible cultural heritage, Miao batik contains profound cultural connotations. This research takes Longlin Miao batik as the object, constructs a framework of "cultural decoding-AI generation-design verification", employs deep learning technology for color semantic analysis, and establishes a digital gene bank. Through conditional generative adversarial networks, pattern grammar decoding and innovative generation are realized, integrating batik symbols with Guochao aesthetics. Market application validates the commercial viability of AI batik design, while industrialization practices construct a complete innovation ecosystem, providing pathways for digital inheritance and modern transformation of traditional handicrafts.
