Currently, intangible cultural heritage protection is facing the challenge that traditional recording methods are difficult to retain visual information completely, especially the color elements, as an important carrier of cultural genes, commonly suffer from the problem of deviation of color values due to the aging of the materials and the break of generations of the inheritors. The deep development stage of mobile Internet provides a new technical path for cultural resources protection, and the combination of highprecision color collection equipment and intelligent analysis algorithms makes the establishment of traceable and restorable digital chromatograms a feasible solution. This kind of systematic protection based on digital platform can effectively realize the scientific curing of endangered color resources and the application of cross-temporal dissemination. Therefore, a methodological discussion is initiated on the construction of a data collection specification that conforms to the visual characteristics of intangible cultural heritage, focusing on the exploration of the quantitative transformation mechanism of cultural semantics to modern design elements, in the hope of forming a two-way driving mode of living conservation and innovative application, and providing technical support and theoretical reference for the value regeneration of traditional crafts in contemporary design context.
