在当前城市建设与文化认知背景下，地域文化特征的辨识度提升与现代商业发展的空间需求对建筑设计提出了融合 探索的要求。本文以如何有效提取地域性建筑色彩符号并将其创造性地融入现代商业建筑设计为研究核心，旨在为文化信息 转译浮于表面、文化保护与商业效益难以平衡、实践应用缺乏系统性指导等现实问题提供解决思路。文章构建了涵盖多源信 息采集、量化分析筛选与主题色谱库生成的客观化色彩提取路径，并结合上海瑞安蟠龙天地开放式街区设计实例，重点论证 了差异化功能分区引导、现代光影转译、文化叙事体验建构等融合策略的可操作性。最终形成一套兼顾文化传承与现代功能 需求的系统方法框架。

Against the backdrop of contemporary urban development and cultural awareness, the need to enhance the distinctiveness of regional cultural characteristics and meet the spatial demands of modern commercial growth necessitates an integrated exploration in architectural design. This paper centers on how to effectively extract regional architectural color symbols and creatively integrate them into modern commercial building design, aiming to provide solutions for current challenges such as superficial cultural information translation, the difficulty in balancing cultural preservation with commercial viability, and the lack of systematic guidance in practical applications. The article establishes an objective color extraction pathway encompassing multi-source data collection, quantitative analysis and screening, and the generation of a thematic color spectrum library. Using the case study of the open-street design at Shanghai Shui On Panlong Tiandi, it demonstrates the practicality of integration strategies such as differentiated functional zoning guidance, modern light-and-shadow translation, and the construction of cultural narrative experiences. Ultimately, it forms a systematic methodological framework that balances cultural heritage expression with modern functional requirements.
