绘画心理分析属于拥有艺术性和科学性特征的心理干预手段,逐步渗透至心理健康教育和咨询领域。而色彩心理学 属于理论层面的支持,能深入解读绘画作品中的情绪表达、人格特征、心理状态。为保障基于色彩心理学的绘画心理分析课 程的理论深度和实践价值,文章围绕课程内容建设展开系统分析和研究。研究表明,具体落实锚定核心理论要点、设计多元 实践模块、构建师资培养体系等策略,有效解决课程内容失衡、理论和实践脱节等问题,以此推动绘画心理分析课程的规范 化建设和专业化发展进程。
Abstract
Painting-based psychological analysis is a form of psychological intervention characterized by artistic and scientific qualities, which has gradually permeated the fields of mental health education and counseling. Color psychology, as a theoretical foundation, provides in-depth interpretation of emotional expression, personality traits, and psychological states reflected in artworks. To ensure both theoretical depth and practical value in painting-based psychological analysis courses grounded in color psychology, this article conducts a systematic analysis and study on the development of course content. The research shows that implementing strategies such as anchoring core theoretical points, designing diverse practical modules, and establishing a teacher training system can effectively address issues like imbalanced course content and the disconnect between theory and practice. This, in turn, promotes the standardized construction and professional development of painting-based psychological analysis courses.
