摘要
高中阶段的学生在成长过程中,很容易受到社交焦虑问题的影响。美术学科所具备的审美体验与创作过程,可以为 学生缓解焦虑状况。本文以高中美术课堂为基础,把绘画、设计等内容相结合,探索更为有效的色彩疗愈的应用方式,通过 色彩认知活动等多种美术实践活动,引导学生凭借色彩表达自身的情绪,建立起自信心,以此为美术教学的创新、学生心理 健康的发展提供支持。
Abstract
High school students are easily affected by social anxiety during their growth process. The aesthetic experience and creative process possessed by the art discipline can alleviate students' anxiety. This article is based on high school art classes, combining painting, design, and other content to explore more effective ways of applying color therapy. Through various art practice activities such as color cognition activities, students are guided to express their emotions through colors, establish selfconfidence, and provide support for innovation in art teaching and the development of students' mental health.
