In modern office space, employees are in a fixed environment for a long time, which is prone to psychological pressure and visual fatigue. The demand for office environment optimization is increasingly urgent. The purpose of this study is to explore the significance and practical strategies of the application of color psychology in office space design, in order to solve the problem of insufficient environmental color adaptability. The research combines the relevant theories of color psychology and environmental psychology, supplemented by case analysis and chart evidence, and clarifies the role of color psychology in regulating employees' emotions, improving employees' work concentration and improving the space atmosphere. It is hoped that the research results can provide practical reference for office space design and planning, help create comfortable and efficient office scenes, and promote the adaptation of office environment to employees' psychological needs.
