As the forms of office work and the concepts of work continue to evolve, the function of color in office spaces has gradually transcended the aesthetic level, beginning to participate in the deeper construction of spatial experiences and organizational expression. Real-world practices have shown that traditional color strategies, which primarily focus on regulatory control and visual decoration, are no longer sufficient to meet diverse usage needs. Drawing from changes in the logic of color expression, the article shifts its focus from design to practical approaches, exploring how color intervenes in areas such as behavioral guidance, psychological perception, and organizational image formation. It reveals the significant trend of color moving from a subordinate element to a spatial language, providing a realistic framework for contemporary office space color design.
